It is strictly prohibited to share any obscene, racist, demeaning, defamatory data or any material that violates any law in United Kingdom or the rights of others. 4. Business Solutions

• 4.1 WHEREAS the client wishes to purchase products and/or Services from Internet Creatives. The client declares and warrants that they are eligible and have the right to enter into this contract in accordance with the laws of their country.
• 4.2 Internet Creatives, at its sole discretion, expressly reserves the right to, without prior notice or any refund or compensation, remove, suspend, deny, cancel, modify, intercept and analyze traffic, redirect, log usage, monitor, block access, limit access to, take possession of, or transfer any service, remove, suspend, freeze, or modify access to any of your services.
• 4.3 The client must pay 100% of the final price of the requested services in advance, this payment being non-refundable.
• 4.4 The Client must ensure that all necessary information and digital files for developing each Business Solution or design will be available to Internet Creatives within a maximum of one week, 7 calendar days, from the project start date. The client agrees that failure to comply with this clause results in the loss of any rights or deposit paid in advance, and the client must request another development or design service.
• 4.5 The client explicitly assigns copyright of any graphic material provided or used in the services, granting explicit permission to Internet Creatives for its use in any manner deemed appropriate, including commercially.
• 4.6 All designs, codes, images and web resources hosted on Internet Creatives systems are copyrighted and protected by it; clients may not use them outside these online systems without express authorization.
• 4.7 The client may cancel any renewable Business Solution by providing notice at least 30 business days prior to its expiration; otherwise, the service will be automatically renewed.
