NOW, THEREFORE, Parent and the Customer, hereby agree as follows:

1. Customer Election

Customer hereby elects to purchase Thawte digital certificates through Parent.

2. Parent's Acceptance

Parent hereby accepts Customer's election to purchase Thawte digital certificates through Parent.
